Who's behind this

I'm Sergey Avakyan. I build the AI systems that do the repetitive work in a business — and I've run businesses myself, which is why they get built for how the work actually happens rather than how a slide says it does.

What I do

Custom AI automation: agents that do a job end to end, chatbots that answer your customers, ecommerce and marketplace tools, reporting and data platforms. You tell me the task. I build it, it works, and it stays yours — the code and the accounts, no lock-in.

Where I come from

A career at Deloitte, real-estate projects, and a family clothing brand still trading today. That is where the bias comes from: a system nobody opens on a Monday morning is not finished, however clever it is.

How I work

You work directly with me. There are no account managers in between — a team of AI systems does the heavy lifting, which is what lets one person carry the volume. It starts with a conversation, an hour, free: we look at where AI can help your business and roughly what it is worth. You leave knowing whether it fits, whether or not we go on to build.

What I don't do

No courses, no coaching, no AI strategy decks. I don't sell a tool I haven't run myself, and I say so when AI is the wrong answer — it often is. Part of the blog on this site is written by my own text factory, and every piece it writes says so on the page.

Where I am
